You can create an entire email workflow when someone uses the contact us form on your website. Just goto Email Marketing > Website Sign-up List and then click on +Add Workflow. Here you can define how many emails you would like to send and the intervals between each email. Once you set this up any new user who uses the contact us form on your site will automatically be added to this workflow.

You can click on reports > sign-up follow-up report to see all future scheduled emails as per your workflow and also delete future emails to be sent for specific users if required.

You can click on Email Marketing > Campaign Contact List and delete any user from that list. Once deleted no future emails will be sent for that user in that campaign/workflow.

You can click on Reports > Landing Page & Chat Bot Details and then run that report to get all data collected on your chat bot or landing pages.
